Shipping Policy
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We ship your order within 1 to 3 days. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Shipping costs vary by location. Delivery is via our delivery service. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM after shipment. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery; that depends on the delivery service.
Return & Exchange Policy
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel or return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs may vary. The product must not have been opened/used/damaged. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged and unused when returned.
